top, blender and all the utensils for preparing your favorite meals.
The dining area has a table for six made out of the local Guanacaste
wood. The family room is accessed from dining area and from the main
terrace. Includes DVD, Cable TV and Sony home theatre system. Dining
and Family room have their own remote controlled A/C units. Total of
9 ceiling fans throughout the house.
Outside, the main terrace has a private cocktail area, table and four
chairs, Jacuzzi and pool, all there to provide easy means of relaxing
or entertaining in the sun and fresh air. Glass tile Jacuzzi with six
water jets with water falling into a glass tile 10 X 10 splash pool
for your pleasure.
2 large bedrooms with king size beds and views of the Pacific with terrace
between rooms. Each bedroom has its own remote controlled A/C unit.

for the sunsets and views of Del Coco and the surrounding mountains.
Okeanos villas at Vista Marina also share a common entertaining area
where residents and friends can relax around the pool , large pool with
