Hermosa Beach Bungalow - Features
Quiet. While many people believe they want to be on the ocean front the reality is that there will be increasingly heavy traffic on the road as well as traffic in and out of the complex which will disturb residents of those bungalows. Ocean spray from surf is also more extreme meaning increased need for maintenance. Being away from the pool is also an enormous advantage during the busy months.

Jungle. #25 has an unblockable ocean view over the entrance
road and the beach is less than a minute away. Also the back of the
property provides the best of two worlds. While you still enjoy all
amenities of the ocean being right there you also can enjoy the jungle
and see more of the exotic birds and other wildlife from the back row
- it is the last row of 7.
Back balcony. Back row houses are also unique in Hermosa Bungalows, having French doors, which open onto rear decks. The additional sense of space and light that this feature gives to the house cannot be overestimated. Views from the bedrooms are spectacular and are completely missing from bungalows anywhere else in the property.
Planting. Hermosa Bungalow owners individually finish and style their properties. #25 benefits from the enhancement of additional trees and flowers around the property as well as a piece of land by the bungalow on which we have planned to plant fruit trees.
Spacious layout. We selected the single bathroom layout because of it’s spaciousness. Bungalows with the extra bathroom are significantly more cramped for living space. Rear decks also increase the size of the living space. Finally, specially designed modular furniture provides unique flexibility that is not obstructive in the way that traditional furniture is.

Upgraded wood work. Bungalow has extra features such as solid doors and extra support beams. Decks have recently been updated to teak for a lifetime of service.

Bungalow 25 benefits from having all made-to-order furniture and a designed layout that makes the best of the space available with many aesthetic touches, which are noticeably absent from many of the standard Hermosa Bungalows. Substantial additional storage inside furniture and surfboard racks mean that you can live in No. 25 without clutter. So the house stays looking tidy and stylish. The beds are locally made too - with drawers below the queen and stackable twins. All locally made furniture is included in the purchase with additional furnishings optional. We sleep 6 with the sofa bed or blow up mattresses.
